Location first and foremost. The room was big and had a balcony overlooking the pool. Nice decor, they did try hard to give it the feel of a nautical theme. Loved the tap outside for cleaning feet from the sea!

The hotel was very well located. Less than 5 minutes walk to Family Mart and Kata Beach, also surrounded by many restaurants. The staffs are beyond nice and friendly (especially the gentleman at the reception and the trainee lady). The rooms was sparkling clean, we also got a complimentary upgrade to the pool access room. The breakfast was lovely decorated and delicious. We will definitely go back again for sure!

Huge room - it was OK to stay 3-4 person easily. Cool smell of shower gel and shampoo. Location at 5 minutes by foot from the beach. Breakfast looks and smell nice as well (my stay did not include breakfast).

Front desk receptionists are very friendly and very helpful. Hotel rooms are clean and cozy.

Hotel is in excellent location close to the beach (approximately 3min by foot). You'll find 7-11 store just a few minutes away as well as restaurants and bars for any liking. Breakfast here is better than a lot of 5 star hotels we've been to- highly recommended to pay extra for it. Our room was on the 4th floor with an amazing view to the city and the ocean. Very spacious with a shower and a bath + balcony.

Overall the hotel, the rooms and the staff is nice. Allowed me to check in earlier, right after 12:00. The usual check in time is 14:00. The room was perfectly clean. Pleasant room design. They provide slippers, beach towels, bathrobes, beach mats. Wifi working well in the room and in the lobby. Has an elevator. Hotel staff very responsive, efficient and polite. 10 min walk to the beach. 3 min walk to the nearest pharmacy and shops and restaurants. Highly recommend. Compared to 3 other hotels I have been to in Phuket within the same budget, this one was great.

Decore is nice, comfortable room, clean, big room, amazing staff. Nice pool. Bathtub and shower options. Location is in between Kata beach nd Kata Noi beach, you can enjoy both within short 7 minutes walk, in the room they give you beach bag to use. Balcony to dry cloths.

A lot of great things to say about our stay here. The staff are so lovely & accommodating. Unfortunately my partner got a tummy bug & one of the staff gave him some really good medicine which kicked in straight away, thank goodness as we had a day excursion planned & that medicine was his savior! The food at the restaurant is awesome so I was surprised that it wasn’t busy for lunch & dinner. We ordered a lot of room service & rate the quality of the food high up there - fresh & so healthy especially the health nut like me, I am very particular so I am super impressed, especially servicing brown rice, sweet potatoes, kales & yummy veggies that you don’t find with other restaurants 🙏🏽 Our bed was sooooo comfortable, we had the best night sleeps here. Location of this hotel is a big attraction too. Thank you for looking after us, we highly recommend this hotel.
